Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Project Cancellation by Client: If you choose to cancel a project before we have begun work, you will receive a full refund for any pre-paid fees.
  • Material Breach of Contract: In the rare case of a material breach of contract by Zappysols, we will issue a pro-rated refund based on the services not rendered. A material breach is defined as a significant failure by Zappysols to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in the Project Agreement.

3. Refund Process
